Injection Molding

Plastics Injection Molding is a means of producing a custom engineered plastic part using melted resins. Injection molding at Drader offers volume capabilities with minimal variance in final parts, and customization of materials or colours during production and can accommodate unique shapes and thicknesses. If your product requires multiple parts, our fabrication capabilities ensure that all parts can be made in one location, and use plastics that are consistent in thermal properties, temperature stability, and strength.

When you require a large volume of identical plastic parts, and those parts need to be made consistently, and in spaced out runs, injection molding is an ideal production process.

Drader Manufacturing offers innovative product design and prototyping, as well as quality production and reliable assembly and shipping. Strategically located in both the Greater Toronto area and Western Canada, we service local, national and international accounts in an array of industries including, but not limited to:

  • Oilfield
  • Bakery
  • Dairy
  • Medical
  • Material Handling
  • Plumbing & Construction
  • Agriculture & Horticulture

  • Grocery industries
