Plastic Welding Seminar

The purpose of this seminar is to make the attendees more familiar with plastic welding and the hidden problems that will occur. The course is designed for people that have no or limited expertise in the field of plastic welding. It will give the attendees an overall view of plastics, their usage and different plastic welding machines and their applications. The attendees of this seminar will get an understanding of important issues that come along with plastic welding, such as the welding parameters, and deal with it to produce a quality weld. The seminar participants will be able to identify the most common plastic materials after taken the seminar. Specific difficulties that may occur in the attendee's facility(ies) will be analyzed. Solutions for the certain problems will be offered. Hands-on test welds will be performed in the Injectiweld shop.

Welder Repair Course

This course shall help to keep the quality of the weld as well as to bring the repair costs down. Little things, if done on a regular basis, will save time, money and the quality of the welding process. This course is designed for larger companies that have employees who are able of servicing the welding units. The seminar shows the differences of the welding units since the first Injectiweld. Hands-on repairs will be performed during the course. The attendees will get an understanding about the electronics as well as the mechanics of the Injectiweld and will be able to perform repairs and services by their own. Specific difficulties that may occur in the attendee's facility(ies) will be analyzed. Solutions for these certain problems will be offered.
