Physical mixing of the plastic substrate and the welding rod makes a strong, high quality bond. The weld is stress free because of the way the Injectiweld fully melts the welding rod. Independent tests prove Drader's claim of a superior weld. Recent results of a flexural strength test indicated "no break of weld or material" in any of the samples.
